Hello, I am trying to make a use case but I can not determine how to select which fields will be deleted, could you help me? I have created two requests, one for the privacy of the Lead data and the other for the deletion. When I accept the deletion request it tells me that I will erase 0 fields.How can i select the fields to be erase?
Make sure that you mark fields as PII in the admin section first.
When you are in the Data Privacy record, go to the subpanel of the lead record, and on the right hand drop down of the lead record, select "Mark to erase"
You will see a list of all PII fields. Now you can select which fields to erase.
