[2020-05-01] Cancelation of Enterprise/Sell/Serve Upgrades

SugarCRM has discovered 2 defects in the way SugarBPM behaves, which may impact data quality. These issues are:

 

To further evaluate the impacts of these defects we have canceled any automatically scheduled upgrades of Sugar Enterprise, Sugar Sell, and Sugar Serve.

 

If you received an upgrade notification, any automatic upgrades scheduled after 2020-05-01 11:59:00 UTC have been canceled. If you requested an upgrade for a specific date that upgrade will still be processed on that date. If you review the bugs above, and you wish to upgrade, please file a support case requesting the date and time you wish to be upgraded.

 

All instances will be automatically scheduled for upgrade, with our standard 7 day notice, once we have determined an appropriate course of action.
