We've recently had our sugar cloud instance updated to 10.0. There has been a massive step back in UI design across the board but especially when viewing records.
Any fieldname in a record gets cut off after 12 characters, which is simply unacceptable. There is a lot of blank, undefined space in the record card which makes it hard to identify blank fields at a glance even if you can make out what the field names are.
What this UI update tested with users at all? It looks 'cleaner' when looking at a blank record but it is completely unpractical for ease of use.
