I am seeing all of my emails in my Outlook being flagged. Why are all of my emails being flagged ?
What do you use? Sugar Connect? Outlook Plugin, which version?
Any other tool?
The issue is in Outlook where the user primarily works with emails. It would be an Outlook add-in.
The user states ‘all of my email is being flagged’
Depending on the version of the Outlook Plugin you can switch the setting of the archive flag.

In older versions it was not possible to switch the archive flag off. So each archived email was flagged and set with the category "Archived to Sugar"
What do you mean by ‘archived to sugarcrm’
When you use the SuagrCRM Outlook Plugin you can "archive Emails" to Sugar by marking the Email and then clicking on "Archive to Sugar". This will upload the email to Suagr and link it with Contacts/Accounts having the same email-address. There are several options in the plugin how to handle this archiving.
Would the user have the ability to tell Outlook to do that with every email he receives ?

If you configure it in that way, yes.
But there are different ways to configure the Outlook Plugin.
So the behavior is describe like this. But the end user likes to just say nothing changed.
One day it was working normally, then all of a sudden it's flagging all my income email.
Darin SchoumakerAsk the user to take a look at their "Advanced" tab under Sugar Outlook Plugin's Settings. There is on option there to "Append flag to archived emails". If they have auto archiving turned on and this option enabled, this would cause the flag to appear for those archived emails.
