Sugar BPM

Hi Everyone,

We have upgraded our Sugar CRM 9x from Professional to Enterprise edition. After upgrade, Sugar BPM is not working properly. I have created a Sugar BPM process dashboard and the design sheet is not functioning. After clicking on the design button, it takes me to the design sheet. But, We can't drag-drop anything on the design sheet and Sugar freezes. Please provide guidance on this. I am attaching the screenshot below here:

It sounds like there could be an error showing in the browser console that might explain the partial page load:

If that is still an issue I recommend checking for any errors in the browser console and then open a support case if that wasn't done already to investigate further.

There could be a variety of reasons, like file permissions, partial upgrades or similar that would need to be checked.

We faced such an issue with some customer instances. By debugging it we realize some dropdown field was missing its dropdown option.

Probably it is the reason.
