Regaring Field Level Access Issue

I have done below steps;

1. I have set None access on Type field of Account module.

2. Then I have made Type field require.

3. When I login to regular user who I have used in that role, he can see No Access in Type field.

4. But when I create account record then it is asking me to solve error which is due to Type field. But due to no access, that user cannot enter any value.

Now How can I handle this case? What should I do?

Please suggest me.

Hi Govind Rathore,
Set the required property by using the "Dependency Framework" instead of by studio or vardef.
For this, you need to add the required on Type field on trigger some formula on the other field. In your case, you can create a bool type field and set it when a regular user will create this record. On dependency, you can check if this bool type field is false then "SetRequired" otherwise not.
Instead of getting the current user in create.js if you will set the visibility by "SetVisibility" instead of None Access then it will be more feasible.
Manage it with the combination of "SetRequired" and "SetVisibility" is more appropriate otherwise just "SetRequired" can also work.
