How to add module case in email template?

extend class in custom folder of email module. class CustomEmailTemplate extends EmailTemplate {  and copy the contents of EmailTemplate and add bean in  generateFieldDefsJS() function 

$cases = BeanFactory::newBean('Cases');

also add $loopControl 

'Cases' => array(
'Cases' => $cases,

also add

$prefixes = array(
'cases' => 'cases_',

similarly in Editview.php

I have done it satisfactorily, I only have one problem, when selecting the variables the last one appears without a name, but it has the value of $case_account_name1, any idea of this?, regards.

This must be a relate type field of a custom relationship or custom relate field.

You can check in cache/modules/Cases/Casevardefs.php and define a label for it in language file if missing.
