How to get the profile picture for contact using rest api ?

Hi Team ,

I am trying to fetch the image of contact . When i tried using below api , I am getting some value on picture field . But I need to get the image using rest api . Let me know if any rest api for this ?

GET modules/:record/file/picture

I used `<module>/<id>/file/picture` api to get contact image . But i need a image url to embed it to html webpage . Any Rest Api for this ?

We can't access the images or the files which are uploaded in sugar upload directory by URL. There is no URL that exists for them according to my knowledge. Individual Contact gets there individual picture on the basis of some GUID which is created uniquely for every record so that individual pictures can identify uniquely and can assign to the relevant record.

Right now, the REST APIs don't support contact photos or user profile photos. We're working on adding that soon. Keep an eye on our blog or follow me on @JasonJohMSFT) for announcements regarding new features.
