I faced with a problem that sometimes got as error message:
PHP Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '=>' (T_DOUBLE_ARROW) in htdocs/cache/class_map.php on line 10198The line number always changes.
Every time do Quick Repair and Rebuild error shown.
In the beginning, it not 100% crash just a sec and it works so far so goods until now.
After got a message, we do a temporary hotfix:
- change syntax error in class_map.php file and no it not a solution > work for a while (not a solution)
The thing that we try:
1. Remove cache and lets Sugar re-generate new cache but the same thing happens 500 error in class_map.php
2. Remove files in folder below
a. custom/application
b. custom/modules/*/Ext
c. custom/history
Then remove a cache wait for it re-generate working for a while then broken (not a solution)
all field permission in htdoces is:
apache owner
folder 775
file 664
permission in a cache folder
version: SugarCRM Professional, Version 9.0.0 (Build 151) (Spring '19)
server: linux
I'm not sure what will cause a problem.
We guess it might from old extension files but still not a root cause.
Please suggest me where I need to focus on.
