We want to integrate Soft Phone functionality inside Sugar CRM. Want to show a phone window which always remains there. From this windows user can login/logout, answer call, disconnect call etc.
We have developed Cisco CTI connectors for almost 10 CRMs.
We just want to understand how to add a window in sugar crm and create a soft phone layout in that.
I have seen several demos where a window pops up when ever there is an inbound call. We want this window remain there forever.
Any help/pointers appreciated.
