How To Freeze or non editable Detail view whole page according to conditions ?
You need to create a custom js controller for the view (custom/modules/<Module>/clients/base/views/record/record.js) and implement such method:
handleEdit: function(e, cell) { if(<THE CONDITION>) this._super('handleEdit', [e, cell]); },
