Help-labels pop-ups not clearing (lingering tooltips)

Not quite sure what these are actually called so screenshot below... Does anyone else see this? (the black underlined create and favourite pop ups)

They do not clear, sometimes even after a refresh (F5).

Happens on Mac and PC and on different browsers, and different IP's / locations.

Same for many users but to different degrees..

(Cloud Enterprise v9.2)

- can I turn them off somewhere?

Thanks for any guidance - they are really annoying everybody!

Hi Luke Ridgway,
SugarCRM has an open defect about these lingering tooltips: 83301. With portal access, The defect can be reviewed at https://portal.sugarondemand.com/#supp_Bugs/83301
Please file a case with SugarCRM support to add your case to that defect for tracking.

Thank you Patrick McQueen! Thats great - logging the case now. Good to know its not just us - and good to know its nothing I caused as admin ;-)
PS - I also like your term - Lingering Tooltips so much I added it to the Title - I think it will help others in my position of not being able to resolve it and users complaining to me about it. Thanks again.

Hi Felix, it looks like the bug itself hasn't been updated with a fix version yet but the 10.3 release notes do list that bug as fixed in 10.3. Search for "tooltip" on the page to find the exact bug.

I'm not aware of any plans to backport, but it will be in 11.0 for sure. Either way, it's very exciting to see it get fixed.
