We have implemented the SugarCRM Stagnant Opportunity Reminder and generally it is working well. However, we think there may be a design problem and would appreciate advice on how to fix.
The Start Process includes catering for the exclusion of updates for Won or Lost opportunities. However the process does not appear to cater for changes to Won or Lost once the Past Due Processes have been triggered and are waiting to run.
I am thinking we need a loop somewhere that caters for when an existing opportunity is between the 15 day and 1 day reminder and the status is changed to Won or Lost. (Similar to the loop for when Expected Date Changes.) I am guessing that I could add the Sales stage criteria to that or not ?
