How to delete files from OnDemand

OK, its time to bring this question up again. Is there ever going to be a way to delete files from an onDemand (or whatever it is called now) instance? I have alot of customers with fairly dirty directory trees because there is no way that I know of to delete a file other than uninstalling a module which is almost never an option.

Hi,
Can you clarify that you are exactly talking about which type of files? You are right uninstalling a module is not an option but uninstalling a module also didn't fulfill our needs, If you are talking about the files(images, PDF, documents) upload then we didn't need to worry about it, "Remove Temporary Files" and "Remove Temporary PDF files" schedulers already exist which runs every day and delete the unused files from sugar OnDemand.

Such php function are blacklisted so the unique option is to open a Ticket to SugarCRM asking for deleting the set of files.
