From field is displaying as empty when archiving an Email to Sugar from Outlook

I have connected and configured a fresh sugar instance with MS Outlook Plug-in. I was able to send and archive an email to Sugar from Outlook. When I connect our production instance with MS Outlook Plug-in, Email is archived, but the From field is displaying as empty. I have seen one empty record created in email settings in the emails module. If I delete that empty record, we lost our email configuration settings. Please provide guidance on this.
