Would you like to do this filtering on Emails list view?
By default it is not possible, but you easily do that on Reports, you just need to set up several filters on field "Subject" and operation "Does Not Contain" this way:
Subject Does Not Contain "RE:"
Subject Does Not Contain "FWD:"
...
