We have addressed an issue in our cloud environment where instances hosted on the ondemandus11 stack have experienced connection issues for up to 11 minutes.

Currently all services are operational.
The outage was caused by the web servers reaching maximum number of connections. This caused the service to be unreachable for a total of 11 minutes.
Operations are back to normal.
