Hi, I am new to SugarCRM. Just want to ask if it is possible to build using SugarCRM without too much customization to manage a business referral. The work flow likes this:
The company will receive a lot of leads and those leads are firstly assigned to a salesman. The salesman will assign the lead to several contractors based on the requirements and the contractors will come back with a quotation. After evaluations one or two contractors will be selected to do the work. After the work is done fee will be received and paid, and the salesman will have commission based on a number of criteria.
Is this something SugarCRM can handle?
