When purchasing new Sugar licenses, does it come with existing reports out of the box or does the client start from scratch?

In other words, when you get your Sugar account, are there any standard reports already in there or not? And if yes, what are those reports on?

in version 9 there are many stock reports in Sugar (92 on last count). Ranging from sales, marketing, admin , spport etc.
