Email custom status

What is the version of your SugarCRM instance?

My version is 9.0.

Did you verify the email status in database? Was it your custom email status or "archived"?

Also, there is an email type "archived" as well. Please check in your database what is the email status and email type for the record you created from an API.

Do you have ENT edition of trial version? If so, you can write sql query in Advanced Reports under Reports module section and see the output on the screen. Do let us know if this helps.

Yes. I can. I see that status is 'sending', and type='Archived'. Also I did type is 'Draft'. But in list of emails I still see status is 'Archived' 

I see that 'Archived' is value of state field.

Could you explain me If I can show status field instead state in emails list?

What type are you passing in the request payload? It seems like state is dependent on the type being passed.

Also, if you just want to show the status or type instead of state in the emails list, you can override the list view layout metadata under Emails to custom/Emails/clients/base/views/list/list.php and replace 'state' field with 'status' or 'type' field.

I can't set state via request due to error like ' State transition to sending is invalid for creating an email' (I've added 'sending' to dom_email_states).

Concerning customization layout in custom/Emails/clients/base/views/list/list.php - Could you describe me where I can do it?

I just have trial account, as far as I understand I should have some ssh or ftp access or I can change files via web interface?
