Failure in the "from" field to send emails

I have SugarCRM 7 installed and I have configured the outgoing e-mail address by putting the name of my company in the "from" field and when sending the test e-mail to the recipient, the e-mail arrives with the name of my business.

The problem is when I go to "Accounts" and there I click on the e-mail of a client, in the window that opens to send the email, the name of the "from" field that I have previously configured does not appear.

If I send the e-mail to the recipient, the e-mail address appears as the sender and not the name of my company.

I tried to delete and reconfigure but it was not fixed.

How can I do?.
