We have addressed an issue in our cloud environment where instances hosted on the mtpremiumus01 cloud stack  experienced database connections problems for 3 minutes (6:10 PM–6:11 PM UTC and 6:07 PM–6:09 PM UTC) leading to internal server issues. Currently all services are operational.
