Partners cannot retrieve security token

Hi All,

 

Our partners cannot retrieve a security token using /oauth2/token POST. It was working yesterday moring.

The below request strings that each respective partner is sending appear to be correct.

 

gRequestAuth = {    "grant_type": "password",    "username": "####",   "password": "####",    "client_id": "sugar"}

                  "grant_type":"password",

                  "client_id":"sugar",

                  "client_secret":"",

                  "username":"#####",

                  "password":"#####",

                  "platform":"base"

                }

 

 

Can someone please help.
