[2019-01-02, 4:57AM PST] Known Cloud Issues - US Hosted Instances (ondemandus07 only)

One of the servers from the cloud environment ondemandus07 was restarted and caused an outage for 19 minutes. We are still investigating the cause. The service was restored and it operates normally.
