Outlook plugin initialization issue

Hi,

I have installed the Outlook plugin (2.6.1) on two different pc.

Both PCs running with Windows 10 and Office 365 outlook version installed locally.

On one pc the plugin works properly. on the other cannot initialize, thus confirmed connection with Sugare server, and return the error message attached.

Any idea how to fix?

Hello Riccardo,

Can you please confirm for which version of Sugar are you installing the plugin for?
Are both the system's operating systems fully updated i.e. all important updates are installed from Microsoft update? If not, please try to do so. Make sure both the environments are same.

The latest version of Outlook plugin is 2.6.2. May be you should try installing that.
