SugarCM Campaigns and Office365

Hello all

 

we are using the last version of SugarCRM CE 6.5 and we have a problem with the campaign configuration. Our mails accounts are setup with office365 and even the outgoing mail works fine, the campaigns module is not working properly.

 

we have configured a new mail campaign introducing the bouncing mail account the template and everything. Testing configuration works fine, however when we try to send our first mail template to the list of contacts selected, all mails gets stucked in the queue, and noneone is sent (even manually).

 

If we use another mail provider (mail account from another mail provider rather than Office 365) it works fine.

Is there any special we must do to get our campaign mails to be sent as when we use another mail provider??
