Client Portal - Add A Case Filter?

Hi,

We have been looking at our client portal and would like to have Case Filtering – ideally an easy way for logged on users to switch between

-All Cases

-Open Cases (Cases not closed)

Has anyone got some ideas on how to achieve this?

I guess having 2 available filters available as per standard V7+ list views would be nice, if that isn’t easily possible, something like a checkbox to switch between "Open Only"  and "All Cases" would be good.
