[2018-12-08, 11:08 PST] Known Cloud Issues - US Hosted Instances (ondemandus12 only)

We are currently addressing an issue in our cloud environment where instances hosted on the ondemandus12 stack  experienced performance issues for 3 minutes. For information on identifying the stack where your instance is hosted, please review the "Identifying Your Sugar Cloud Stack" section of the Using the Support Portal guide: https://support.sugarcrm.com/Resources/Using_the_Support_Portal/index.html#Identifying_Your_Sugar_Cloud_Stack. Our Operations team is aware of this issue and is actively working towards remediation.
