Hi all, i am fairly new to SugarCRM. I'm currently working on SugarCRM Enterprise version 7.9.2.0.
I need to send an email using advanced workflow or process definition, to all customers when a field "paid?" in a related module "property" is false. However, it is possible that 1 customer can have many "property". Is there a way to ensure that a customer with multiple "property" will only receive one email using the advanced workflow or process definition?
All help will be gladly appreciated thank you!!
I'm wondering what kind of trigger do we have here? When should the email to be send out? This may affect the way of displaying this with workflows, also the module that the workflow points to.
