[2018-11-18, 11:09 PDT] Known Cloud Issues - US Hosted Instances (mtpremiumus05 only)

Some instances located in US (in mtpremiumus05 CloudStack) were experiencing performance issues and/or service issues during 22 minutes. It was caused by overloaded database. The service was restored and it operations normally.
