Is it possible to create reports with a specific filtering for example a cluster of customers, where I can click on each customer (name) to jump to its record ?
Hi Hugo, both Rows and Columns reports and Summation with Details reports include links to the records. See the documentation for details on how to create reports of these types and also for a screenshot of what the result will look like:

Is this what you're looking for?
Thanks for your reply.
I made a selection report on opportunities and also used the name field from the accounts table.
But in the final report only the account names are hotlinked, I can't jump to the opportunities, what is my initial goal...
Probably a tiny selection here or there that I overlooked ?
Including the opportunities name should give you a clickable link :-)
Thanks ! That worked for me.
To generalize this solution : how can I for each table know , which field(s) will become clickable in my report ? Is there some kind of indicator during the selection of fields ?
Again, thanks for your hint !
Hi Hugo Geyskens,
in general the records name is used as the link to the record everywhere in SugarCRM like in listviews, subpanels etc. That is also the reason why it is a required field per default on every module. Same for relationships like "assigned user", or the account link on Contacts as it is also displaying the name of the linked record.
This makes it simple: If you want to click, use the name.
