You can create a new field type and add that field into your panel.
This will be a bit more complex to do but if you need into panel then it's
the only way I can suggest.
Else as brill said ..you can add view after record view into record layout
.

I agree with Prashant Patel, a custom field would be a good alternative. We would really need to know more about what you are doing to be sure though.
I am not sure you can do this. Views cannot contain other views. Layouts can contain other layouts but thats it. you would have to redefine the record layout to include your new view.
