Enabling Email Archiving

Hi everyone,

 

I am trying to enable the e-mail archiving. However, when i ticked the accept agreement and click the enable archiving it shows this error. 

 

An error occurred while attempting to communicate with the Email Archiving server, and the service could not be enabled: Bad result returned from the service. 
Please try again or contact SugarCRM Support.

 

Can i please get some info and how to resolve this issue ? I have seen the documentation of the troubleshooting of email archiving here Knowledge Base Email Archiving . I know this might sound silly, but does anyone know where this should be configured? as in which folder should I access to. Much appreciated for the help.
