group inbox not marking as read

I added a new Inbound Email record to Sugar, I set it up to Import Emails Automatically but not to Create a Case.

I have another Inbound Email set up just like it. The configurations are identical

But this new one will not mark certain messages as read after processing them. Many are marked as read and deleted, others are not.


The Email records are created for all emails, I can see them in the database and related to the appropriate Contacts etc. but when I look at the inbox the messages are still there, marked as unread.


I have 26 Inbound Email records, three of which do not create cases and this one is the only one that is giving me problems.


Any suggestions as to what may be the problem with this mailbox?
