How to add Custom Fields / Custom Module data in Historical Summary in Accounts Module

Hi Team,

 

We have default Historical Summary section in edit view of Account module like below.

 

 

 

 

 

After clicking on that link a pop up opens (see above screen shot second) which contains below fields of Meetings, Calls, and Task.

'name',
'status',
'description',
'date_entered',
'date_modified',
'related_contact',
'assigned_user_name',
'assigned_user_id',

 

Point First : I just want to add some more fields of Meetings and Calls in Historical Summary in Accounts Module.

 

Point Second: I also want to add custom subpanel data with default Meetings, Calls, and Task data.

 

How do i add Custom fields / Custom Subpanel data in Historical Summary in Accounts Module?

 

Please suggest.
