Customer Orders - resend

Hi we have SugarCRM Enterprise, Version 7.9.4.0 (Build 1130)

I'm looking for ideas on how we can do a item purchase re-order in Sugar.

We currently create a record in a module called Customers and record the standard stuff like Name/address plus that the bought our product.

 

So what I'm trying to do is if a customer calls up and says they never received their order or that there is an error on the product, how can I "click" a button to reorder this customers order. Ideally this reorder would get added to a list that is then downloaded and our production team will resend these orders.

 

Any help/ideas appreciated.
