I moved the said Sugar DB from 1 server to another, but have experienced issues with users not being able to access the DB. The admin account was intact, but all the regular user accounts does not work & does not allow for their passwords to be reset.
From within an admin account when resetting password I receive the following error:
When adding a new user I receive the following error, when the test email came through just fine
So I test my email settings & it works just fine! Email received.
Can someone please assist
I would really appreciate any help. I am desperate!
