I find that one of the latest updates must have changed date handling in PDF templates in SugarCRM. Where I have the templates insert a date field, the date format now looks like 2018-02-20 instead of 2/20/2018.
How do I correct this?
I had this same problem after the new update. I was told by support that it is a bug and that they would address it. It's bug #80829.
I'm an On-demand client and I have this problem too accept for me it's my datetime field. It shows the time as military time and it's the wrong military time (i.e. it's showing 9AM as 14:00). I hope they fix it fast.
