Inbound Email-Case Creation Auto-Reply

I would like to turn off the Auto-Reply Email after case creation for a specific domain. Is this possible? I know that you are able to exclude domains from a basic Auto-Reply Template, but this does not work for the New Case Auto-Reply Template.

 

Any insight would be appreciated!
