On Saturday, May 19, 2018, beginning at 17:00 PDT, SugarCRM will be performing maintenance to the Sugar cloud environment. This work will occur during our scheduled weekly maintenance window. Maintenance is expected to be complete by the end of our window at 02:00 PDT on Sunday, May 20, 2018.
What Can You Expect During This Window?
Customers hosted in the Sugar cloud environment will experience brief periods of downtime or degraded performance during the maintenance window. This maintenance will impact all stacks across the Sugar cloud environment.
We endeavor to keep these periods as brief as possible.
We will update this post once all maintenance is successfully completed.
