Customer journey plugin - I can not create a new one - There's no   sign on the subpanel

This is the version I use : SugarCRM Enterprise, Version 7.11.0.0 (Build 151) (Winter '18)

And I have Customer Journey 4.6.0

 

In Accounts or Contacts, even if I create a new entry, I can not create a new Journey because the + sign doesn't show up. I can click on the subpanel bar to open and close the module but that's it.

 

Would uninstalling the module and reupload it do the trick ?
