End user of sugarondemand getting invalid credentials even though password was just changed and verified/written down

I am an end user (not very knowledgeable) of our company's Sugar on demand (7.11 Enterprise).  I had previously been logged in, changed my password (writing both my username and password down) and tried using those creds to log in to my Microsoft Outlook Sugar plugin.  That didn't work.  I then logged out of my Sugar session and attempted to log back in using the password I had just changed five minutes prior and written down and now I get a "Invalid Credentials You must specify a valid username and password." message.
