Hello everyone, I have a problem, and is that emails are not sent reminders of meetings or tasks. Before making this post, review the following:
1) that cron jobs are running and without errors.
2) that the reminder sending script does not throw errors.
3) That there are emails in work queue.
4) that all users have the option to receive mail for reminders.
5) that the SMTP settings are fine, and check that it really works. I do not find the error, they just do not send it. Can someone give me some clue where to go? I already read all the related posts and followed each suggestion step by step. greetings and thanks
