[2018-04-23, 15:37 PDT] Known Cloud Issues - US Hosted Instances

We are currently addressing an issue in our cloud environment where instances hosted on the mtpremiumus04 stack are currently experiencing performance issues impacting the ability for users to properly access their instances. For information on identifying the stack where your instance is hosted, please review the  "Identifying Your Sugar Cloud Stack" section of the Using the Support Portal guide. Our Operations team is aware of this issue and is actively working towards remediation.
