We have recently moved a SugarCRM installation from one web host to another (ours) on behalf of a customer.
Since the migration, they are unable to open files within Sugar such as Word documents.
The files download but cannot be opened. The error message we get in Word is: The file is corrupt and cannot be opened
This only appears to be an issue with 'old' files i.e. those that were uploaded prior to the migration. 'New' files (uploaded since the migration) open normally.
Could someone help me and let me know how I can fix this please?
