We need a way to track any changes made to a phone call log (Ie, subject and description). At this, you can't delete a phone call which is great but you can go back after the call and change anything you want.
We need to have a buffer of protection on our end to make sure the calls aren't changed. Case use: Client wants out of contract and states that sales person did not make promised monthly calls. There are monthly calls logged in Sugar but each call has a modified date next to it. Was the content of the phone all notes altered? While we don't think this is the case, we can't say for sure and that could be argued by the client as a way of getting out of paying us the cancellation fee.
It would be great if, each time a call was changed (just the subject, description, and a custom drop down I created that has TT for Talk To, LM for LM message, etc), we could track those changes.
(Turning on Audit for Subject and Description of the call in Studio does not track any changes made to calls.)
