Today, Wednesday, April 4, 2018, beginning at 20:00 PDT, SugarCRM will be performing emergency maintenance to the Sugar cloud environment. This work will cause the unavailability of your Sugar instance for up to 30 minutes in order to address the performance issues mentioned here: [2018-04-03, 10:35 PDT] Known On-Demand Issues - US Hosted Instances. We strive to make these kinds of changes during our regularly scheduled maintenance window, however, in this case, the issue has been deemed serious enough not to wait for the next window. Due to the nature of this issue, we are unable to allow customers to request a reschedule.

Customers hosted on the following stacks in our cloud environment will experience brief periods of downtime or degraded performance during the maintenance window.
