Auto Creating Cases from Emails made form Voicemails

We use a system that converts Voicemails to emails for new cases.  The emails all will come from a generic Verizon account, so the "from" address won't be the potential case's email.  Does Sugar detect values within the email to recognize an email or phone number within the contents of the message? And can those values to included into the new case? 

 

I want to find the most efficient way to use the auto-generation case management feature.
