Autoreply won't send after changing from gmail to outlook

We have a situation where the instance wont send autoreplies from the system. This is after we have changed the config from gmail to outlook. 
When we receive a mail to our admin address it creates an case, and should send a autoreply to the sender. 
What can be wrong?
We have created "send as" permissions, so that the admin address we receive these mails on is allowed to send out from the email in the outbound email settings. 

Hope someone has a clue.
