I work for Yellow NZ and many of our business units use CRM for their daily activities.
Few users from the 'Marketing' team faces an issue with MEETINGS where they are NOT able to view the option to change the Meeting Status to 'Scheduled', 'Held' or 'Cancelled' status as the options are GRAYED out for them.
Other people from their SAME team are able to perform this...
I have checked the ROLES/MY TEAMS/ MEETING Access on the user's account under Admin->User Management role.
Any help to resolve this is appreciated. Let me know if you have any questions.
